I am suffering my scalp psoriasis. Checked with many doctors. They say there is no cure for this. You have to use coal tar shampoo to get rid of this dandruff. But if I use that shampoo I will go bald in some years as it has harsh chemicals. If I don't, this dandruff too much to handle and sometimes breaks your confidence.
Is someone else also faced this situation. How your overcome it. Please suggest I might go in depression.

How do you compartmentalise between work and life? I think about work constantly throughout the weekend and when I go back on Monday, I don't feel restful at all. This is getting pretty bad. 🙁

I was supposed to join Accenture on 1st October but on the onboarding day I got to know my background check is still pending and upon multiple follow ups with recruiter she told me my background check is clear in the back end but it's not getting updated correctly in the portal hence my onboarding is delayed Can any manager or leadership person guide me how to proceed or fasten the process.
