Guys what to choose between Accenture S&C and Strategy& India for SIP through IIMs.
I have no prior workex in core consulting domain, Accenture has promised me a project at my niche already and PPO is almost certain there because I already have a good profile and they have lots of projects aligned with my past workex plus the buddy was super impressed, while Strategy& will bring me brand tag and maybe some benefits in final placements for MBBK shortlist. Please guide me guys.

I recently joined a new company in Feb 2022, with in hand a Salary of INR 35000/month.

My boss thinks I waste my time researching the client's business and ways to grow it all day and I don't do much work. I ran campaigns on Facebook ads manager, Google ads, and keyword research for blogs & e-commerce, Analyze campaigns & optimize them regularly.

Still, my boss is not convinced that I am working worth 35000.

How to avoid immediate staffing after completing the one project?

How do you assess your client time as billable or non-billable? We are currently reviewing our time card process and want to better establish groundwork for differentiating between the two. Further to that, do you have your time members log their time and categorize it as Billable/Non-Billable upon submission? or does the Account Manager review submitted time cards and assign each based on the work being logged?

Preparing for my final round case interview and I’ve realized that whereas prior to the first round I was pretty comfortable with casing, now I’m less and less so since I’m increasingly anxious that I could not come up with the right buckets.
