Im hoping to travel in summer ‘23 to get a new stamp (granted I have approved I797 on hands). 1) Will US consulate take into account my extension and give me 1 year visa as per usual or only until validity of my first term, i.e 09/23? 2) I’m also being sponsored for green card and will probably have PERM submitted to DOL for approval by summer ‘23. Are there any concerns with travel at this stage?
