If I get referred at IBM, get a mail for details from the HR but do not reply as I currently don't want to switch because of some reasons, can I get referred again after say 3 months?
Asking cuz the profile blocks for an year after applying/getting referred at Accenture.

Cogno AI Hey fishes, One of my friends, got offer in cognizant. She have an epfo account with inactive UAN and she changed her name in aadhar recently and this epfo account has the past name. So she raised request for name change 2 months ago and still it's processing. And now cognizant asking the acknowledgement of changed name which the previous company cannot provide for obvious reasons. Will it affect the doj? Or anyone had this kind of problem before? I haven’t left because of the fear that comes with the fact that PwC is all I know. Straight out of college PwC is my first employer. And it is hard to muster the courage to make that change. But if you are already doing interviews, then you are almost there. Who knows if another firm will be better, but there is probably something that is pushing you out and hopefully a new beginning will be a positive change.

It’s true though, and I agree with M1’s reasoning if it’s your first job out of college. However, I can tell you’re not at a breaking point. If you’ve reached to a point of total burn out and zero fucks, you’ll no longer be scared about leaving

I’m in the same boat. Been at KPMG for over three years and have wanted to leave for over a year but am terrified and anxious.
You’re actually actively looking though so that’s an amazing sign!! You can do this. Chances are you can always go back after a couple of years. Be strong OP!!!
Maaaaan this is job #4. Just jump ship! If the grass isn’t greener jump again! Got a buddy who is a recruiter who says as long as you stay a year you’re good. FWIW my shortest job tenure was 2 years
