Had a first round case interview over the phone today that was supposed to last 30 minutes. After 20 minutes, the interviewer abruptly ended the call. Assuming this is a bad sign?

After a final interview, how many days after can I expect an answer from the recruiter?

At the end of the interview, the person told me I passed the interview and they were going to talk to the Director who’s a level under them. It’s a yes for them and they’re happy to work with me.

I also sent my references. I don’t know when I can expect an reply. Recruiters from that company aren’t really organised
