I want to share very bad experience I had at Mastercard
I was given offer by Mastercard in month of Dec The hike was less but looking at brand & other perks I accepted the offer & was looking forward to joining them.I got few offers & I went back to them for sole purpose of renegotiating CTC, to have a industry standard hike. They didn't reverted back for 2-3 days & just dropped a mail that they are revoking initial offer as well on grounds that they didn't like i gave other interview

Was it until dec?
For the rest of the year? 😩 They told us they’d reevaluate month to month. But hearing this doesn’t give me too much confidence. What was the percentage?
Yeah seems a bit presumptive and self serving to extend it straight to dec so soon.
20% pay cut until the end of the year, and moving us to a 4 day work week as a result. Last week was the first it went into effect and there was no respect for 4 days at all, with team and client meetings scheduled and an expectation those on 4 day weeks should be available. 🤷♂️

Heard it is mostly affecting very senior folks at around 20%. Most SVP and under seem unaffected. I have heard Grey and Publicis...not sure of others...
