Had a prospect today who booked a demo, didn’t show, rescheduled, didn’t show again, and then emailed asking for a discount. I’m trying not to lose my mind. How do you qualify someone like this without completely burning the lead?

My advice send the customer the quote. If they want to learn more they’ll connect.

You've got to pick your battles. I've got no problem going the extra mile, but I'm not going to put up with having my time wasted unless it's going to be a sizable deal. If that potential exists with this prospect, you just suck it up and act like it's no big deal. Otherwise, cut them loose.

Sometimes, you are better off not dealing with clients you know will be an issue and are not that interested in moving forward. I might offer a discount with a timeline and call it quits if that doesn’t work.
