TikTok interview timeline for each round for HR to get back (in working days):
Round 1 (HR) --> 1 day
Round 2 (Technical) --> 4 days
Round 3 (Technical) -- > 1 day
Round 4 (Hiring Manager) --> 5 days
Round 5 (HR) --> 2 days for arrangement for additional round.

1. How many rounds should i expect in total considering I clear everything? (I think my first round itself has technical + manger/director)

How confident were you that you landed a job after the second interview? My friends tell me the fact that I had a second interview is pretty much a guarantee that I will be selected. I am not so sure. So I thought I would check with the fish bowl.

Is there an easy/efficient way to figure out how much you've contributed to vs earned in your Roth accounts? I started contributing >20 years ago to my employer's Roth 401k and have rolled it over to a Roth IRA and moved it between multiple custodians, e.g. Fidelity, Vanguard, UBS, Personal Capital, etc. It is unclear to me how much I contributed vs how much I earned by investing it.

Have an acquaintance who is a single mom; she purchased a used car 3 mos ago. Six wks later her 17yo wrecked it, air bags deployed, and estimates have ranged between $10-$18k in needed repairs while $21k is still owed. Acquaintance was switching insurance policies and flubbed the coverage dates and there were a few days where the vehicle was uninsured. No GAP insurance. I have been working remotely since covid getting nothing but positive reviews. My company is not remote friendly and is now telling me I have to return to the office or I lose my job.
