After every interview, I’ve ever had it they’ve always said if I had any additional questions after the interview to shoot them an email. I would recommend doing that if you have questions about it. I think it shows initiative to send an email afterwards as well. Or if you’re working with a recruiter, send it to the recruiter.
I already emailed the hiring manager to thank her for her time. Will be be annoying or unprofessional to re-email her with my questions? She did tell me the same thing that I could reach out with additional questions. I just get nervous
I think as long as you project yourself as being confident in handling the role, then there is nothing unprofessional about it. Liken it to preparing yourself for agent rebuttals when calling for a declination, or preparing for an agency visit with an agent that just had a claim denial, you like to think through and be prepared for even the slightest difficulties. And since you’ve become accustomed handling 40 agencies, you want to understand what shifts the HM thinks you would need to make to be successful in having 10 agencies. That’s what I would like to hear from a candidate.
Middle market definitely has stretch goals. A team of is pretty common here. If the right steps are taken to get close to the goal, I wouldn’t be too concerned.
