Hi all, I am working at Natwest Group RBS and I have recently applied for Product Manager Role(gurgaon) in Gartner. How much CTC I should ask and what is the general hike and bonus they give on yearly basis and can someone provide some insights on work life balance and leave policy?

Yes! I’ve been in healthcare for almost 20 years as well and I’m ready for a change. It will definitely be challenging because it’s will be out of my comfort zone, but I believe it’s necessary and it’ll be worth it. Let’s connect if anything.
Would only let me type so much*** I am feeling burnt out due to so many tasks being added and no raise since 2019. Mind you, the company I work for almost closed permanently in 2020. All of the covid funding saved out and we were thankfully able to keep our doors open.
If you enjoy the type of work you're doing, you should definitely look to apply to another company. That is often the way to get a pay increase. I changed careers went from managed care to working for a behavioral health company. Not entirely happy with that though.
I’ve been in healthcare for almost 20 years now. I am not anti-vax just anti-forced vax. I left the hospital before they fired me and got a job as an manager of a small private clinic. It was a promotion but a pay cut at the same time. Work life balance is horrible. I’m considering switching out to another field but after 20 years in one industry I will be considered entry level anywhere else. I have a family to provide for, not sure what to do at this point.
I still love the healthcare field, but my employer, not even the pandemic, has left a sour taste in my mouth. They screwed over A LOT of employees here, haven’t given anyone a raise and took all of the money they got from the state and govt to pay down debts from bad acquisitions instead of paying us.
