Started wearing a support belt per my doctors recommendation because I’ve been having pelvic pain. Wore it for the first time today and this baby will not stop moving. Now wondering if I’m choking my baby and maybe she doesn’t like this belt? I haven’t felt the pain I normally feel and no back pain this morning but now I’m feeling bad. So I'm at an agency and 80%+ of my time is new business. Pitch, win, set-up/semi-service until we get hires, move on to next pitch etc. (w/ fair share of losses too, of course). But I'm burned out. And while I'm valued, I don't see a return on my investments: personal time, my heart (I'm all in) and professional development. I get rewarded with small spot bonuses sometimes, but not a commission. So do I try to pivot to a real bus dev position? I feel confident I could. Anyone seen this done?
