However I note that there was withholding of some amount in 2017-2018 and 2019 tax years ( withholding from comission received from insurance commission from lic and United india)

I have not filed 2017, 2018, 2019 return as my total income was less than threshold

Is it possible to file return for 2017 , 2018, 2019( all r in refund) now without paying any penalty?

Taking a side trip from San Diego (work trip) to Palm Springs in mid January by myself. I guess I’ll rent a car and drive there. I’d like to do a day trip to Joshua Tree. Should I stay in downtown Palm Springs? An outlying resort? Any other day trips? Female solo traveler. Also debated flying from SD to Santa Barbara instead of Palm Springs. During my job search, I am getting a lot of recruiters asking for me to answer right to represent emails. These particular recruiters follow a same pattern and seem unprofessional. Shall I be aware and not sign these right to represents? Are they a scam? Or is it a cultural thing… can someone advise me, I’m based in the USA

Is it a red flag when a recruiter talks about unrealistic benefits like getting a chance to fly to another state just to visit the client HQ all expense-free? Or is it really a thing? Let me know if you have experience like this.
