Has anyone changed careers from accounting to data analytics? If so, how did you go about the career change (such as what did learn to get the position) and what companies would be a good place to get into?

I currently work as a grants account for a hospital in Philadelphia. I am a first semester MBA student at the moment while also working g on a Goole data analytics certificate. I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes? Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.
