I have received an email after my interview with HCL from consultant stating I have selected for HCL technologies and asking for information like, when U was interviewed and whether I received any link for documents upload from HCL.
I replied to that email saying interview has been done and I am yet to receive any link from HCL for documents upload nor any call from HCL HR.
Can anybody suggest, whether the process wil take time or where should I contact for further process.HCL Technologies

Honestly this is one of the reasons I kept my name. I genuinely do not judge other women lawyers who change their names. But I don’t remember who you are when you do. I’m sorry, I don’t. Unless I work with you daily or we are actual friends I just do not remember you well enough to remember that Jane Doe became Jane Roe. My brain thinks that Jane Roe is a new person when that email crosses my inbox.
I have this problem with women I went to school with, women who work at different firms, women who work in different practice groups, etc. I feel TERRIBLE about it. But short of keeping an obsessive chart of the marital status of every woman I know I can’t see how I can change it (not doing this, this would be so bad for so many other reasons).
Note: it’s ok legally to do this (of course I checked!!) as long as I’m signing docs with my legal name, but more a question of whether it’s a good idea or not!

What if the wedding falls through! :O
People get married & change their names - people may slip up at first, but it’ll shake out & be fine. Change your name after you’re married.
For context - same boat as you. Started at a firm 2 months ago & getting married in 7 months from now.
Can’t wait for the email signature change (& the wedding band)
I hyphenated my name and it seemed to be fine! I think it helped since I have both the new name and the old name so I can capture the new name since it’s important to me but also be recognized by the old one. I kept the same email, but switched when/after I clerked. Even if you want to change it now, I’m sure IT can keep your old account running and forward everything to the new address.
I changed my name 3.5 years into my current job. Everyone I work with knew I was getting married, and people made the switch pretty easily thereafter. And clients either didn't notice or were congratulatory. It's now 2 years later, and people have probably forgotten what my maiden name is by now.
My firm wouldn’t let me go by my new name until I had proof that it was changed with social security.
