If I was a junior on a team during a campaign launch, is that something I can put in my book? I helped during the concepting phase, was responsible for keeping the boards up to date, and wrote a lot of the supporting materials (print, social etc) but obviously I was not on the shoot or the lead on writing the script. My team and I have been working over time a lot for more than 2 weeks now. I do not think that we only deserve OT pay after everything. I hate how my manager thinks that we will be fine soon, and I do not have to worry once the new hires get onboard. How about those hard work we did? I feel like the things we have done are undervalued. The amount of exhaustion and anxiety I have right now cannot be paid by such. Not to mention it ruined my body clock now too. I am mad by the inefficiencies.

Today I got the job offer and they are offering me 54k. My current company is making me 50k with tons of benefits which is why I am asking for 60k.

I’ve been with my current company for a little over 5 years now and since the start of the pandemic have been WFH. I absolutely love WFH and have always wanted a position in which I could WFH.
