I keep these stocked in my fridge for light breakfast or protein snacks in between meals.
Whole Foods has some too. Check the frozen aisle. TJs also has bread-free breakfast sandwiches (sausage and cheese between two eggs patties)
I think almost anything like this that you could buy is bound to be full of seed oils (even organic sunflower oil is super bad for you). So I opt to make a big batch of my own egg bites and keep them in the freezer so they're ready on the go. I make like 50 once a month and it's such a life saver. This is the recipe I started with and now I make some adjustments based on what I have: https://www.loveandlemons.com/egg-bites-recipe/
Great suggestions - I also found a Garden Lite Frittata that’s pretty good and easy. I need to get to that point CA1 where I batch make them ahead of time! Sounds delish!
The quiches at Kroger, Sam's or costcos are delicious. When I was fighting a bad kidney infection on my own, I offered that and it lasted me allll week long. Breakfast and lunch. The brócoli cheddar is so good! Hot sauce on top yum
