Upcoming Data Analyst Interview with Healthcare startup company - Clarify Health Solutions. There are 6+ rounds and I’ve only made it through one. Super anxious as I’ve seen online that they tend to ghost throughout the process and it’s hard to get an offer. Can anyone provide any tips or pointers?

Im not searching for a new job but an acquaintance reached out about a similar role at a similar energy company.Turns out 2 ppl threw my name in the hat. I looked into it and the position was posted 2 weeks ago.Their director wants to meet.I bet pay is one of the first things to be discussed so that no one’s time is wasted.Am I crazy for not wanting to entertain it for less than 20-25% base pay increase? Is it selfish to ask for more? I’m sure most salary conversations end in negotiation anyways?

I have a fair amount of retail experience and have created a bowl to help fellow consultants who are interviewing in retail and CPG. My experience is across a wide range of topics (primarily non technical) and would love to help folks get their dream job. Would be awesome if others can join and contribute their knowledge.

I was rejected for RPM last year and just started a different role this year.
What’s RPM?
I got rejected for a non technical role there last week. They emailed me asking to do an exploratory interview to better understand my experience and to ask if I was interested in any other roles. My key takeaways from that call:
- They seem to care a lot about you meeting their exact minimum requirements (I have 1 yr 10 months in consulting but was told I didn't meet their minimum 2 year requirement so I was ineligible for the job I applied for)
- In my case, the person who did my exploratory interview said he will be my point of contact for any other jobs I want to apply for in the next month or so. After a month, I should apply again through their website/referral program.
- To your point about reapplying, I'd just keep doing it every so often. What do you have to lose? It takes like 5 minutes and could turn into a great opportunity for you.
Interesting - I very much undersold my experience and after reviewing other people who got the offer realized I have as much as you or more experience than them, so learned a lesson in not being too humble. Thanks for the insight! I wasn't connected with anyone else though, so I wonder if they felt I wasn't a good fit for the company.
They track your entire application history and outcomes.
Whether or not they get back to you positively is based on the reason you were rejected. Still worth trying, though another outright rejection might indicate a third attempt is a waste of time.
They also track how many times you say no to them amd eventually disqualify you, though that may have changed given their current issues.
Thanks - they said they'd like to stay in touch to see if a role opened that fit me but that was about half a year ago. Wondering if there is a cool down or something..
No, but interested in understanding the process from you. Have an introductory call with the HR tomorrow. What are some of the questions I should ask?
Do apply! I know a friend who got rejected for one role but got an offer for another one
