Not me personally but join the asherman’s Facebook group. There’s tons of info and success stories on there. But absolutely don’t let your GYN or REI do it unless they are an experienced A lister in repairing asherman’s. Highly recommend Dr Keith isaacson located in new Orleans if you can make the trip. Otherwise there are a lot of experienced A listers that have trained under him that can do it for you.
I haven’t dealt with closed tubes, but I have dealt with ashermans scar tissue in the uterus after a d&c following a miscarriage. At one point 1/3 of my uterus was blocked with scar tissue. When I had it removed, it kept coming back (and the high estrogen I was on to promote healing led to polyps). Ultimately I was able to get pregnant by doing IVF and a FET the same cycle as scar tissue removal, so the scar tissue was not able to reform before I got pregnant.
My best friend did this and got pregnant the next cycle after.
