Has anyone had issues with ergonomics while WFH? I feel like such an old person with an aching back and sore wrists, but don’t know what to do really. Has anyone’s company provided support for ergonomics specifically or shared resources to avoid issues? This feels like a massive workmen’s com issue waiting to happen

Has anyone switched labs for better lab quality/embryologist experience? Wondering if there is a significant difference between labs. We got poor results at our current clinic and, happens that our clinic is rated lower on SART website. Wondering if the lab quality is the reason or if the clinic handles complicated cases that lead to lower outcomes. Overall, unsure if we should switch clinics or just try again at the current one. Currently an SFA 4YOE was in audit for 2 years. Should i move to a Senior Internal Audit postion which would give me a 40% bump or just stay another year and apply for manager postions next year. Which would probably give me a 40% raise as well - but thatd be next year.
