My interview for L6 IC role didn't include any coding / algorithmic challenges. Does Sen Con role @AWS involve coding on the job?
Had an interview with FB this week. Recruiter said they were going to schedule time with me to prep for the next round (which involved a case interview with a team member). Had the recruiter interview Monday morning and still haven't received any follow up. Is this normal considering recruiter told me on the call that I'd made it to the next round? What is the best way to respond? I was thinking about calling to leave a follow up message. Is this too much?

Hi friends, need your inputs and suggestions. I am scheduled for the technical interview phone round next week. This is for a senior TAM role, I was told that I will questioned for length and depth of technology. What level of technology questions should I expect?
So a recruiter reached out last week and scheduled an interview for this week while on the phone. The recruiter never sent a confirmation email with the link. Reached out and got crickets. Completely ghosted. Pretty unprofessional lol.
Have anyone done contracting negotiations before? I've interviewed for co A & B and co A extended an offer today. The offer does not meet my current salary. Co B's interview structure is 3 rounds and I've finished my 2nd round today. The recruiter mentioned that since I am a contractor my current salary is incomparable as they will provide benefits, etc. Is this true? I have 2 yrs of contracting HR exp from fortunate 500 co’s & OMW to get my SHRM-CP. Appreciate your advice in advance.

New to consulting and the big 4 - have been extended on the same project since joining. The project does not align to the skills or experience I was hired for and has been extremely challenging due to the lack of project organization and proper staffing. I received ‘progressing towards level’ on my last engagement review. How do I get off this project that’s clearly not a fit before it negatively impacts my overall career at the firm?

I'm looking to keep learning and would love to hear any book recommendations or other things that have helped you out! I am the only office person/HR generalist at the start up company I work for. Currently, I am reading Love is the Killer App and will shortly be starting Reset.
Any PM recruiters in here? Do you really care if I have a personal website? Do I not understand the value of this because I'm a millennial? Is it just that it is easier to assume foresight by the fact that one exists rather than its absence? But unlike engineering or design, I can't really add things to my portfolio. I care about myself and I'm confident but to assume others care enough about me to go to my personal website just feels pompous to me. Any brand I created with it would be a lie.
I’m starting my first job as a new grad tmr in an industry role (ignore my title that was years ago at an internship). This is an experienced hire role so they probably will not “babysit” me even though I’m a fresh grad. What are some useful advice or keys in being successful for your first job? Any insights in particular to industry roles? What about for new grads starting in non-new grad roles? Thanks a lot
