Hi! In the process of switching from South FloRida to PA again to work at a hospital but making the same money? The switch would open me to be closer to family for support and the have a nursing prog,since the benefits are attractive and I’m looking forward to the future growth. The thing is they claim i only have experience of 7 years and offering me less than what I make now.
