Has anyone in the US ever found a role in the EU through sponsorship or remote work still in the US, that allowed you to move there?

I know people are usually looking for the opposite, but I have a long term goal of becoming a EU resident while staying in the SFDC space to support my income.

Even most remote roles in the US require you to be in US/CA

I have to have an official ADA convo with HR about requesting to continue to WFH and not move back to NYC. Has anyone gone through this process?

Why is Barclays the best organization to work with?

I have been hearing a lot that Barclays is one of the best organization to work for but no one is actually helping me in what terms it is better then other organization's. Can someone please share their thoughts here

A VP told me that if I don't like our new WFH policy that I should find another firm.

Maybe I should, that's okay, but the fact that his response to my concern (2.5 hour commute both ways, not what I agreed to when I was hired) was just "find another firm" really rubs me the wrong way.

Recently started my own firm and interested in others thoughts. Are there resources out there for practical advice or is it only something that comes with experience? For example, I can take let's say a 601A client and use the resources available to me to learn how to do it.
