JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

Hi fishes
I was supposed to have my Amazon Round 3 interview in the first week of May but the interviewer didn't join. My recruiter didn't reply for a few days and then rescheduled it.
Even in this rescheduled interview, my interviewer didn't join. This time my recruiter joined and said she'll reschedule my interview.
She still hasn't done that even after a follow up.
Is this common? Is this some kind of patience test?
I have no clue but I'm really frustrated at this point.

Have a formal offer at Citi for 120K as an AVP in the NY office. Currently making 92K at my current role where I feel there’s not much room to grow anymore. Is this a fair offer? I currently WFH pretty much full time at my current role which has been amazing, but it seems like Citi would require me to be there 2-3 days in the office per week - and this is something I’m very hesitant about. Thoughts on how to approach this?

If you’re in the final round how could you not sure of what to expect? What level of folks will you be speaking to?
All I know is it's a panel of 5 people and 3 hours. I already spoke with the c suite level person who would be my boss.
I'm trying to figure out if they do case interviews and what type of questions this panel might ask.
No but congrats and good luck.
Thanks

If you already spoke with the hiring manager, then this could be your peers and stakeholders.
In typical Deloitte fashion, tell your story and win them over with STAR.
