Has anyone moved from big 4 to an industry compliance role? What was the transition like? Did you have to get any extra certifications? I’m really interested in a compliance role but I’m a little fuzzy on the details.

I make $100K with 12% bonus and was offered a role $130k with 15-20% bonus. 4YOE in provider industry.
