Has anyone moved from Big 4 to Withum? What was your experience like?

Graduated undergrad from target liberal arts December 2021. Currently at RIA firm (~7 mos). Don't have any IB internship experience but seriously interested in breaking in. Have a very expansive network in finance/NYC. Significant work ethic but internship experience honestly a little weak. Just got a job offer with CVS. To say the least I’m super excited to work for an Fortune 5 company. However, the job offer 1k less than my current company, but I thought this will be boost my growth and experience. Was my choices a smart move? I currently work at a medium sized firm and have about two years experience in personal injury litigation. The billable hours and lack of work life balance are really getting to me and I am looking to switch to something else out of litigation, preferably in house. I am also looking to relocate to a different state. How do I go about properly marketing myself to companies that might not take my relocation and minimal experience seriously?

I come from a target school in India (say MBB / T2 hires from my college every year) with ~1 YOE in consulting - based in Dubai.
