The new company I’m at now sent me an email from an email address that was HR@companyName.careers saying I was accepted for the position. They gave me paperwork to fill out and sign to accept the position
I fill out the paperwork and send it back to them and it goes through… then a few days later I go back to the email to say something else and I get this…?
Then today I got a check from the company In the mail to setup my home office, and it’s signed by someone I’ve never met before or heard of…?

There‘s no way around working out and regular stretching.
Rising Star
-Foam roll your butt and legs
- do hot yoga
-Strengthen your abs. Lower back pain is often due to weak abdominal muscles. Consistently do some planks (3 sets for 30-60 seconds), butterfly kicks, and reverse hooks. Google it
Stretching helps
YouTube search lower back pain videos - they were very helpful
Kneesovertoesguy!!!!! A lot of his stuff is about knee pain, but the stretches are great for your back. Especially the couch stretch and elephant walks
He’s amazing!!!
And walk barefoot, after a week or two you should notice improvements
4 Things:
1) Foam roll or get massage gun
2) Yoga
3) Additional core and lower back work
4) Standing desk + sit less

Build up core strength and stand up more often

This. Core strength is huge for back pain, particularly if you're overweight in any way. Also, your mattress contributes heavily to daily back pain. Don't go cheap with a mattress. Adulting 101.
1 hour standing is nothing. Should be 50/50 split

Stretching is key. I do the childs pose and the upward-facing dog every morning right when I wake up. Takes about 30 seconds but well worth it.

I had to see a chiropractor when starting to have back pains WFH. It has helped. But I’ve also learned to stretch and get up more. I also invested in a hypervolt which I use almost every day; I don’t really go to the chiro any longer
Thanks everyone, very much appreciated. I’ll definitely incorporate morning stretches and core exercises in to my working day
