My company has always had SalesForce but it was not really a tool that we used or that anyone looked at. Over the last year my company has put more stress on growth (to be acquired or IPO) and they are now obsessed. I know it is important and necessary and my boss is clearly becoming stressed with our entire team. But I find it extremely hard to keep as up to date and in line with they new expectations, anyone have any advice on how they stay motivated with SalesForce? Thanks!

Has anyone transitioned from being an Account Executive into a CSM at a new company? If so, how’d you do it and what was the process like?

I know it’s not FAANG, but how is Uber as an exit op? My understanding is that comp is a little on the low side. If I’m at 4.5 YOE, would $125k TC be feasible there? Or is that going to be out of their range? Role is for a Strategy & Operations Manager in a HCOL city.

I will be finishing my PhD in Molecular Oncology (4y) around spring and I have started to look for a job afterwards. Right now I´m based in Spain but I will move to NY upon thesis defense (will hold all the necessary papers to work in the in the US). Applying to roles within the same federal agency. I know you need one year within the probationary period, but can I apply to a higher GS level? For example, if I'm GS 9, receive a promotion to GS 11 at the end of probation, would i be able to apply to GS 13 roles if I'm qualified? PTO Dilemma: I have over 100 hours of PTO remaining from hours carried over from last year that must be used before 12/31. I scheduled out days to use the hours. However, when I put my scheduled PTO in the Utilization Tracker, and include the Thanksgiving holiday and the Collective Disconnect days, I end up below my utilization target. How is that possible? Is it me or is there really something wrong with how utilization is calculated?-
