I was promised a promotion, then was told I wasn’t getting promoted, started applying to other places, fought for it and ended up getting promoted and a raise. I was just offered a job at another agency for $15k higher than the raise I just got. My mom was just diagnosed with cancer and was told to stop working so now I have to cover all of her expenses as well as mine and my husband’s (he’s back in school). Anybody hiring for data analytics positions? I just need a first round interview. I am a decent candidate, my last 5 interviews were EY, McK, EY, McK and GS (last round, 1st round, last round, 2nd round, 1st round). I have 10 months of experience and graduated with majors in cs and bus. I interned once at a big 4 acc firm and once as a software engineer.
1 caveat: I am an F1 student on OPT.

I would like to transfer my career to Healthcare Data Analytics. I’m gaining my data analytics certification by the ending of November. I’ve also worked and still currently working for great healthcare company’s. I also have lots of great healthcare data experience. My only concern is no degree. What can I say to recruiters that will WOW them or replace the fact I have no degree because that’s what most of these company’s require.

How are they paying for a 11+ yrs experienced candidate ?Can I expect 40 LPA? .

I’m really trying to break into method development roles and I haven’t had the opportunity to do so with my analytical experience. A lot of my HPLC and LCMS experience is with already established methods. Any tips?
