Have a first round interview with Lincoln International LA for their Industrials team as an ANL. Does anyone know anything about the firm in terms of areas it stands out? I know they have high deal flow (volume shop) and have constantly talk about having a strong culture. But aside from that, not much is known to me. Any insight would be helpful!

What are realistic expectations for 3rd Year Analyst / Direct Promote Associate bonus range at a BB? Note that at MS, 2nd year bonuses in my group last year were 90-115K, while MBA associates received a pro-rated 90K stub (~40k).
