Have a SQL interview coming up... They said it will be 3-4 questions that should take me 1-1.5 hours total, and to know "intermediate to advanced SQL, particularly joins and window functions". Any tips for preparing? I can do the hard questions on StrataScratch and am wondering if that's as hard as interview questions will get.

3L with mostly A’s and B’s. I am having the worst luck trying to find work for after school and my experience working with lawyers has left me completely dejected. I cannot get an interview to save my life. I was so excited to get an externship summer after 2L with a small business and IP firm only to get yelled at on the phone a few times for not doing an assignment correctly. Mind you, I was working FOR FREE as it was a school connected externship. That made me never want to work in the law.

For those who haven’t been given too much time for R1 interviews (experienced hires) and R2 (if it happens) is less than a week from R1, do they know / care that they’re not giving enough prep time to people who have full time jobs?

Benefits Question: how is the health insurance where you are? How does your employer handle it?

This has become one of the most important things when interviewing for me. My last employer went from having no insurance option to giving us one terrible plan that they contributed 50% towards. My current employer works with Gravie so we get so much per month and can use it towards any plan on the marketplace. Only thing that sucks is the contributions are post-tax so it counts as income.

He’s at an ideal weight, and I’ve been making homemade food to mix in with his kibble, but not sure if that’s the best thing to do for his nutrition.
