Hello, I have an offer from Publicis Sapient for their product management internship program. Wondering if anyone has any insight into the program (exits, etc) and how the return offer looks like in terms of salary. I still also hold an interest in data science so might go with another offer but I’m not sure if it is a wise choice to let go of a PM offer while I have it.

I Got one Offer from Fynd but that is too low for me and as per my expereince
They are giving me 9 LPA bcz I quoted that amount when I applied for it long back. at that time I didnt know more about how salary and all calculated and whats the market research
Now after clearing all the rounds when we meet for salary discussion i told him my real desired salary as per experience and market reseach
He told me that I quoted 9 LPA so we can not do more "unless you have any counter offer"

Just signed the outside employment form in KPMG onboarding system. I actually wanted to start dabbling in creative writing as a potentially monetizable hobby, but I'm guessing this may pose issues.
Definitely interested in the "exception from this policy may be requested if provision of non-professional services doesn't interfere with one's duties of causes conflict of interest" clause, though. Has anyone been able to get one of those before?

It’s only unrealistic if you believe it is. Choose your number you want and then ask for more and be prepared to explain why you’re worth that much. Expect them to push back a little, negotiate, and then try to land on the number you wanted originally. Both parties will walk away feeling like they got a good deal.
Negotiations 101!
I would research equivalent roles at other startups and big tech firms to ballpark your salary range. For startups I don’t have any experience recruiting, but my rationale would be that their salary should be higher than what I would get at a FANG because it’s more risk that I take with them (especially now). That’s my take, I may be wrong, so definitely see what others reply here. My guess is that you’re coming in on the lower side, without any research from my end. Good luck!
