Morning y’all! Hit PRs in squat, bench, and one arm row 🥳 Will also get my steps in today. I’ve decided to make my absolute minimum 15k steps every day. During the week I’m closer to 25k daily but on my rest day Sunday it’s tougher to hit 25k and I like having a consistent standard each day
