I had actually applied through a referral to Deliotte for Fx settlemets position. I got a call from Hr asking for CTC and notice period. Haven’t heard back since 2 weeks. Does it take long for them to schedule a interview or what could be the case?

I originally applied for their core practice but the recruiter convinced me that since I’m coming from a financial services audit background, I’d be better suited for their FSO practice. I interviewed at Google and cleared all onsite interviews back in July. Then came the hiring freeze and my role was de-prioritized. Now I'm being called for another position which I applied through the same recruiter before for the same group but different role. My question is will Google reuse the positive feedback and will it help/add value to this new position?
