Alas, I don't qualify.

What’s it like producing at 360i NY?
New to Fishbowl?

The CCO is a super talented creative and a really nice dude. Can’t say that about too many CCOs.
-Office culture is dry non existent
-Menno is excellent and will hopefully change the quality of work coming out of the agency. He’s very close to the process on all brands.
-Work life balance seems to be good for most producers - not so much for creatives
-Production budgets are usually tiny (under 200k)
-Don’t expect and training or mentorship at all in the production dept
-Morale currently is low due to continuous exodus of producers, creatives, and PMs
Why the mass exodus for producers ?
From what I heard, two people moved and two people worked there for a long time so they wanted out
Interesting that budgets aren’t good... who are their Aor clients?
The AOR clients ranged widely when I was there... from kraft brands and Oscar Meyer and hbo down to lawn care products and New Orleans tourism. Haven’t been there in a few years tho. I was surprised tho, for all of their talk about being a more modern agency, that they fell into the classic trap of letting most team toil in the dungeon. But re: budgets, part of the appeal to clients is the assumption (pushed by agency management) that social=cheaper for better quality
Okay so sounds like i shouldn’t take the job! Haha
Yes
360i8/ sr strat. Super super helpful. Thank you
What are the best clients to work on? Worst? Will help to know In interviews
Oreo makes a lot. Think more about teams not brands. Nobody assigned to brands.
Colin left. Sucks for us. beware taking a production job here right now. no protection.
Are the hours insane ?
The hours for producers are not insane, no
I have friends there that are happy with the culture and work. But have complained about not being busy enough. I don’t see a problem but not everyone is me.
So a lot has changed since I was there two years ago. Do they still have the soda fountain at least?
The AOR term is used dubiously. It’s usually media AOR or social AOR. Sometimes digital AOR but never advertising. Hence the tiny budgets.
Oh and PS, work life balance is actually nice. 930-7 at the worst if you're not in the throws of a gig
Collin def is a good guy. But low budgets is def a challenge for producers but as a creative I really like the producers at 360i. They are really nice
Yep, thin budgets can be shitty, but good work does come out of this place despite the $. And sorry, Collin. Always forget the 2nd L lol
The reasons for producers leaving listed above are “don’t burn bridges” reasons communicated to the larger company, so take that with a grain of salt. The head of production is amazing and doing his best with the mess he was handed. as are all the amazing producers there. But they have huge morale issues right now. Tiny budgets and terrible clients creatively who don’t buy anything. And when they do, 360i is production boot camp. Expect to do a lot of work that becomes obsolete the next day when everything changes. Again.
Eh, I can name their names and the projects I've worked on each on (except 'L', never worked with her) The rest were extremely candid about their departure directly to me, not through some grapevine or mass email.
