Hi Infosys guys, I have cleared one technical interview and got email for further round which is planned for tomorrow. Email mentions that this is a telephonic interview, is this supposed to be an HR round discussing salary or another tech round.

2 behavioral and 1 "case" interview - I say that in quotes as it was very basic and not at all alarming.
Don't give them a comp range in initial calls, say you'd like to learn more about the role and responsibilities and that your expectation would be in line with market rates. You also need to understand total comp offering not just salary so you're comparing apples to apples
Thanks, makes sense. Can you elaborate on their TC options? I read about their ‘pension’. Is that for real? Other than base and bonus, I thought everything else should be standard such as 401k or PTO, right? You can’t negotiate on those!
One thing that isn’t directly mentioned above is that our comp is standardized. So SDs start at $250k, the next level is $270k, the level after that is $290k. But each level roughly corresponds to a year of performance, and so if you come in at a higher level, you will likely be expected to demonstrate partner qualities sooner as well.
It sounds like you’re interviewing for our new QS2 group. For context, we’ve interviewed other Booz Allen SAs for a SD level role in QS2 and offers have been at that entry $250k SD level. Signing bonus is more negotiable. Either way you’re going to be making a lot more at EYP than at Booz.
What does QS stand for? And what's the intent of the group

First year SD makes $250k if promoted into the level. Bonus is ~30-50%. That will be your floor, negotiate from there
