generally speaking, do government agencies actually demand more from you if you’re in a higher vs. a lower salary tier/division e.g., I vs. II, II vs. III, III vs. IV, etc.? Any tips on making cold calls better when someone seems unenthused? Just had a very awkward informational call that felt like I was interviewing someone, even though they're the one building a team. It was as if they weren't at all excited by their role or vision. They're a very senior PM too, so enthusiasm was the one thing I kind of expected no matter what 😬
