Lately I find myself in circles chasing after my assistant/paralegal to make sure that the records actually come in. Also, it seems I am getting more pushback from carriers when I review the records myself. I am happy to have my paralegal do it, but I find when I review a report, I still have to go back through the records to draft a report/analysis. Does anyone have a good system to make this easier?

I’ll be resigning from my current role at the end of the year and I was wondering how to handle my 2 weeks notice. My firm shuts down between Christmas and New Years for a paid holiday break. That being said in this case do I give a longer than 2 weeks notice to account for the Christmas break? My last day would be on January 6th 2022. Secondary issue I have a 3 year vesting period on my 401k can I ask for the account to vest before I leave in my resignation letter?
