Yeah. It'll happen if you don't get a ton of exercise, especially strength training. My advice, join a gym, start weight training with proper form (especially squats and deadlifts). Strengthens the lower back tremendously, fixes posture and back pain should subside.... with proper form.

Yes but I think starting to get older has a lot to do with it too. I have to go to the gym nearly everyday to stretch, lift weights, or do some cardio. You know the saying, he who does not make time for exercise must eventually make time for ill health.
