Selected in a Big4 firm and one MNC shortlisting is going on, hopefully will be selected within 7-8 days. The MNC will be offering good package, but Big4 is just giving 20% hike in my salary and waiting for my decision to say yes or no,to proceed further with offer letter. Query :1. If I say yes to the Big4, and when they issue the offer letter, and then I reject, can they blacklist me. 2. Also if accept the offer and say no, in that case can they blacklist me from their firm.EY Deloitte KPMG PwC

I'm not sure I understand why you are concerned about countering that offer. It's a significant move upward from where you are, yet you're referring to it as a "lower number." Given the job market and the economy I think the smart move would be to accept it and not put yourself in the position of looking unserious.

It sounds like significantly more than you currently make for a remote role, which is becoming increasingly rare. Plenty of companies have been rescinding offers over any number of things they wouldn't have years ago (like someone doing something as normal as countering).
If you have the data to support the counter you want to make then by all means give it an honest go and good luck! Just keep in mind how precarious a job market this is.
That is still more than you are making now. I would suggest countering though so you don't leave any money on the table. I would ask for 90k and see what they say.
