Have my McKinsey interview on Friday and am very nervous about PEI. I have stories prepped but really worried how intense the partners will be

Last week I had an interview with Infosys, it didn't go well as per my expectations but i was able to answer most of the questions asked by the panel and they said I will get the feedback from HR team but it's been more than one week and I didn't get any update on this. Yesterday I also wrote an email to the HR who scheduled the interview but still no update.

Should I consider that I am not being selected?

How honest can you be with a recruiter? If you are looking for a job that will help tee you up for an in-house position, is it okay to say that? I'm meeting with a recruiter for the first time later today and I'm unsure about the whole process...

Any advice on how to leverage current interviews for more? I’m deep into a process at one firm but would like a couple more irons in the fire.

For context I’m mid-level, coming from consulting, and current process was reactive to an agency. Haven’t done any other leg work.

I attended the interview in cognizant. But i didn't get any feedback of my interview. So, what should I do? Also, I dropped the Mails to recruiter. They did not reply on that.

There is an opportunity that I’m currently interviewing for that is very interesting to me. I’m interviewing two other places but I’m not responding to LinkedIn emails for other positions. The other positions don’t interest me as much. On one hand I don’t want to waste time prepping for all positions and rather put that time only for the ones that I have going on, on the other hand I feel like what is that falls through. Expected pay TCS : 11.5 LPA(still waiting for TR results)
Got Offer from infosys : 10.5 LPA (offer released)

Had a final round at BCG last Friday. After the interviews they said that the would release results today. Then I got an email today saying they will only give the results on the next Friday.
