Anyone have experience working CWX side of Facebook (Meta) ? These are the full time contract roles that potentially turn into permanent roles directly with Facebook (Meta). Had a recruiter reach out and offering me comparable TC and such, just curious if anyone has experience in these roles and success/failure of transitioning into permanent role. Thanks in advance!

I am currently working as an consultant for kyndryl as cloud sme with 7b band on lower level 13.5 lakhs. My contract is coming to an end so I contacted my manager was offered an job at same 7b level at 17 lakhs . Should I take the offer , will I have growth in the Company? I have an another offer from hcl 18 lakhs . Kyndryl Inc.

If that’s your passion, then read “start with why”.
Otherwise - read a decent fiction book or an autobiography.
You can also use the time off to take a gym class you’ve been wanting to try, or learn a new recipe, or just sleep in. I had some days off recently and I just binge-watched a show on Hulu.
Leaders Eat last by Simon Sinek. It's very inspiring and lota of relatable parts of the book. It opens you to a realistic and idealistic sides of business conditions and how leaders are supposed to be in terms of management.
Team of Teams or Extreme Ownership. Interesting enough to qualify for time off reading, but applicable to work as well.
