Have you worked in the hospital and then got sidelined by an injury and now you work a different (more easy going, light duty) job? I tore my wrist a while back (and that was just one injury among many others). So I had to leave my job in the ER to recover (from everything) and now I work in occupational health. I love my current job. 8-4:30 M-F and no weekends or holidays and the pay isn’t too bad compared to the hospital. But I feel like I miss the action. Anyone else feel that?

Leadership only promotes people who kiss ass the most qho have no managerial experience and pass people who actually have experience in a manager role. Leadership never helps you with anything.
