PIP list might get her straight 🤷🏽♂️
Output-focused. Have her send you (or send her) a list of what she should accomplish that week. At the end of the week, she has everything done or ask her to add a note explaining what’s the hold-up for each item. Repeat for 3 weeks. If the status quo remains, you send the all of the lists to the manager and ask her to be taken off the schedule.

You never know what’s going on, they are not just wfh but wfh during a scary and uncertain time. Personally, my work has gone to the shitter and I can’t focus and get my tasks done the way I used to.
