I’m looking forward to discussing the toxic aspects of our work culture, especially when it comes to the treatment of POC. As a leader in my organization, I find it important to use my voice in this situations.

Any advice on how I should approach this conversation?

I want to quit without a job lined up. My agency is a dumpster fire of incompetent project managers, revolving door of creatives and culture of not holding people accountable amidst a micromanaging gossipy leadership. I just want out. Tell me it is ok and will be alright.

Currently accepted an internship at a firm for the winter and also just accepted a separate internship over the summer with a B4 firm. Should I inform the other firm that I already accepted a later internship with a B4 firm or keep it to myself until the internship is over? They are totally different positions and I wanted to have some experience with both but worry they will take it wrong.

Having thoughts about leaving Tax for a smaller Co that specializes in SALT credits and incentives... but could this limit me down the road experience wise if I decided to leave there? I have a diverse experience now, but I don’t want to be looked at as only SALT later.
