Heard about layoffs at Paradowski. What’s the scoop?

Currently looking to get back into the Job Market after a layoff in May. I have Been consulting on temp basic but looking to get back into employment full time. I have about 20 years of experience in Technology Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, and Fintech solutions. Any pointers will be welcome. I am seeking, remote, and location-based Jobs. I am open to working in the African Region or in the United States (I don't require any visa assistance)

I quit my previous job approximately 5-6 months ago due to toxic culture and being pressured to commit fraud… I fear hiring managers see that I’ve been out of work for this time and may assume I was fired or laid off. Additionally I’ve had a couple interviews where company “X” interviewers have commented on this and in an effort to not bad mouth my previous employer I’m stuck with a generic answer like I want to take my career to the next level with Company “X.” Any thoughts/advice?

A $1T valuation is fine, but Tim Cook should be fired for the value loss that came from actually producing products, being famously boring and not losing his mind on social media.

I have been going on interviews and noticed 2 department heads already assume I was laid off or fired due to a 4 months gap. I explained I left my last role due to short term health issues that have been resolved. Not even sure how to respond when they assume. Any advise? Thanks!

Does Globant terminates the employment of certain trainees after their probation(3 Months) based on their performance in the training period? Some of the fresher trainees were laid off this morning without giving a notice or reason.

We were told that the probation period is a training period & not an elimination one. It was shocking as a few of those trainees were actually good.
