I am 26 and I have 4 years and 4 months experience in ML, AI. My package is around 9 LPA.

I have an offer from quantiphi for around 15 LPA, for MLE. However it is 5 days from office - but the office is not far from home.
On the other hand, my job at TCS is WFH (special exception) and the client is Google. But the work is extremely hectic. I am being guilted into working beyond 9 hours and weekends even.

I’m going to do a small consulting project on the side for a small start up company. My current salary is $150k, so ~$83/hr. I think a $100/hr rate for this project is fair, but my spouse thinks it’s low. Also worth noting: it’s beyond my typical scope of knowledge since it’s a full marketing strategy vs just my current specialty. Thoughts?

They throw client requests at creatives and strategy. They have no clue what the client wants or needs, they don’t ask questions to the client and just expect creatives and strategy to figure it all out while they build timelines and due dates. When you ask them questions their best answers are “let’s connect on this offline”
