Was just told to "grow our ESG/CSR" practice at a regional consulting firm, due to my recent grad certification in sustainable biz strategy. Wondering where I should focus us as a services industry for big impact: we have a large product innovation, digital engineering area, and know in the past we've had a lot of lip service to clients and only recorded ESG for their compliance.

Had my first interview first week of May and the recruiter emailed me two weeks later letting me know that I was going to move to the second round, and asked for dates I was available. I had an interview for Cloud Consultant role last year with Google and while I was able to clear Telephone screen, Role related knowledge, Leadership round, Cloud Case Study, I was unable to clear GCA. What can I do to improve myself on that? I feel like I screwed my chances for working at Google but how do I get strong at it as I really want to try again as the recruiter has been very vocal about putting me back in the process as it was the only round that Google wants to do again

Where are people seeing increased GCP adoption? From everything I'm seeing, it looks like retail is adopting quickly
