I am from Mulesoft background with 12 yrs IT Experience and Got offers from Accenture and whishworks. Whishworks offer 2lacs more when compared with the fixed package. Designations are almost same(management level8) But Accenture provides 3lacs joining bonus and more variable pay(Accenture 27% whishworks 10%) which puts me in dilemma. I am looking job security and work life balance, which one do you suggest to choose??

Is booking 40hrs a week freelancing for one company a good idea? Or does that seem like you don’t have anything else going on? I would like a good work life balance with the ability to take off weeks at a time in the middle of all this.
