I am working in Tata Consultancy and having 7 years experience. Techno stack is java full stack developer and current salary js 8.85lpa. I got offers from Capgemini (29L), HCL Technologies (27L) & IBM (22.5l + 2L joining bonus) and all are from pune location and that's fine to me so could you guys please suggest me which one is better to join in terms of growth, work life balance, job security and all? Recently I have completed probation in Accenture, and got offer from HCL, Is there any chance to revise the package? because I have completed only 6 months in Accenture, If I compare CTC of both there is huge difference it's round 10 lacs, HCL offering 60 per hike.

I was on bench in Accenture since 45 days so i started searching outside.

Let’s say you have two young, high income partners in a couple who want to buy a house together but don’t really care to get married. So I had 3 deals scheduled to either close end of May or mid June which were all pushed to end of June/beginning of July. Which is when I have my first vacation planned for over a year (I take 0 time off). My whole family is flying up and we’re renting a cabin near me. What do I do? I’m running one of the deals, semi running the other one and not doing much leading on the other one. Note: I was supposed to not be running any of these. Do I find a back up first or tell the partners first?

For example if you're MERN stack do you know database, node everything in depth? Or just jack of all traits?
I often have to read documentation to refresh my knowledge then i can develop anything, but if you ask me something right away I can't answer :(
