I manage 2 physician practices and one is extremely toxic. To the point the dr sides with staff even when I am trying to make corrective actions when patient care is in jeopardy. Working in disputes and valuation role but want to go into management consulting next year (post MBA role). I don’t understand how someone can lie about loving you for 6 months. We were together for almost a year (broke up a week before our anniversary). I said I love you first and he said it back. Lateraled into banking and I'm getting killed. My aso will mention to do stuff as he's walking out, says do this this and this and by the time I process what he said he's out the door then I miss something he's like I told you to do it. If I ask questions to clarify he gets annoyed, he says read what I wrote again, how is what I said confusing, etc. Dude I just want to be fed info my first few months until I reach a critical mass level of info to run shit on my own to some degree's
